How to Prepare Palletized Freight

Strong packaging, stable stacking, labeling, and accurate dimensions protect the shipment and the quote.

Build a stable unit

Use a sound pallet, distribute weight evenly, avoid unsupported overhang, and keep the load stable enough for normal transportation handling.

Protect and label

Use suitable cartons, corner protection, strapping or wrap, and clear labels. Remove outdated labels that could create routing confusion.

Measure accurately

Record the maximum length, width, and height after packaging. Include the pallet and any overhang in the dimensions.
